The 10″ Victorninox-Forschner breaking knife easily breaks down larger pieces of meat into steaks. Breaking knives are typically smaller and narrower than a traditional cimeter which makes them ideal for work that requires more precision. This breaking knife features a yellow fibrox handle, and is the workhorse of our line. The extra length of a 10” blade makes a big difference when cleaning larger grouper, salmon, or dolphin.
The 10″ Blade Tamer sheath features a tough exterior made from military ballistic grade nylon. Strong webbing finishes the sewn edge of all our sheaths. Durable nylon inner liner with an open tip for maximum drainage will keep your Victorinox knife unsoiled and protected. The belt loop attachment keeps the knife close, but also safe and secure.
