An excellent alternative to the butcher knife, Victorinox’s 14” Fibrox cimeter knife is perfect for cutting and trimming steaks and other large pieces of meat. This is the largest knife Victorinox manufactures. The edge is conically ground length and crosswise to give it a wider break point. This helps the blade resist fracturing and creates less friction when slicing, making the large knife easy to wield. The patented black Fibrox handle is a textured polyamide that is slip-resistant when wet for maximum safety.
The 14″ Blade Tamer cimeter sheath features a tough exterior made from military ballistic grade nylon. Strong webbing finishes the sewn edge of all our sheaths. Durable nylon inner liner with an open tip for maximum drainage will keep your Victorinox knife unsoiled and protected. The belt loop attachment keeps the knife close, but also safe and secure.
