The 7″ black Fibrox® boning knife from Victorinox features a stiff wide blade and Fibrox® handle. The patented polyamide handle is textured and slip-resistant when wetfor added safety. This knife is the same as the# 40114 except that it features the black Fibrox handle. A great knife for those who prefer a straight blade.

The 8″ Blade Tamer sheath features a tough exterior made from military ballistic grade nylon. Strong webbing finishes the sewn edge of all our sheaths. Durable nylon inner liner with an open tip for maximum drainage will keep your Victorinox knife unsoiled and protected. The belt loop attachment keeps the knife close, but also safe and secure.
